Created and lead this award winning event where I wanted to shift the conversation on minorities looking for jobs. Instead of putting the focus on “getting a job”, I gathered a select group of partners to show attendee’s a glimpse of the future so that they could align their ambitions and goals with the skills and startup opportunities that would be needed for the future of work. Special guests included Managing Director Jitendra Kavathekar and Presidential Innovation Fellow Josh Patterson. Presentations were from Accenture’s Technology Vision, Open Innovation, Diversity Recruiting, and Accenture Technology Labs. Hands on demos from the Technology Labs allowed participants to experience technology solutions around AR/VR/MR with HTC Vive, Hololens, and Z-Space, Data visualizations and Data acceleration, Distributed Workforce Virtualization and Collaboration using Crowdsourcing, and the Adaptive Robotic Workforce
